Dear Honorable Guests,

Particularly, Laotian Ambassador Mr. Khamla   Xayachack, And

East Timorian Acting Ambassador Madame Natercia Coelho, and Cambodian and other diplomats,  

Members of TLBU Community, and

Parents and students,

In particular, those students who are just conferred the Mast of Laws degree,

Today we are celebrating the most important annual event, 2012 TLBU Commencement Ceremony. First of all, I congratulate graduating students and their parents with all my heart for their special achievement.  This is not only your individual achievement, but also the precious harvest of whole TLBU Community. At this occasion I also appreciate our professors,  and staffs for their devotion to achieve this harvest. 

My Dear Graduate Students,

Conferring the Master Degree to each of you, on the one hand, I feel proud of you, since you have overcome all the difficulties until this achievement.  Last two years, we all have suffered very much under the unprecedented global economic crisis. But as far as I know, you have never complained. On the other hand, I feel special love toward you, since we shared together too much pain from the financial crisis.  You have worked whole year without any vacation, caring children during the English camp, and teaching Global School children for third curriculum, and even at night, mentoring Global School children. Without your active participation, our school management should be impossible. Thank you very much, my children.

 At this occasion, I also appreciate the enormous suffering which our professors and staffs and their family members have experienced.  During the last two year, we could not provide the salary properly, even though your work and suffering should be much more than any other times.

Thank you very much our professor and staffs.

Since I could not support properly for your education and for your comfortable life, my own suffering is also beyond your imagination.  Every early morning during your sleep, I came to Chapel and prayed and cried before our Lord: Oh Lord, never abandon TLBU Mission. Never abandon TLBU Community. Oh Lord, if necessary, I am always ready to lay down my life. Please save only TLBU Mission and TLBU Community.  How many days I have spent with tears, I cannot remember.

Thanks to your patient sacrifice, and thanks to your special care of our TLBU, we could survive the most difficult and longest global economic crisis.

Yes, from the last month, we began to operate TLBU Global System in Washington DC and New York. Thanks to TLBU Global System in USA, we substantially normalized Global School in Seoul,

and also we are completing now the first part of Paris campus renovation. Now I feel that we are passing the most dark tunnel of trial, and we expect the beginning of the bright early morning soon. Our Lord will never abandon TLBU Mission and never abandon TLBU Community as long as we follow the noble cause of TLBU and TLBU peace-making mission.

My dear graduating students,

Even under this long trial, you have successfully achieved transnational legal educational programs of TLBU, including special cultural field study in Europe, and also field study for international organizations in Geneva, in Hague and in Brussels. Through TLBU educational programs, I think that you completed the basic training for the global leader.   

However I believe that to be a great leader, the most precious educational program of TLBU is that of personal virtue and character, provided through Global Culture and Ethic class every Saturday morning. Only with your selfless love and unconditional sacrifice, you can get strong support and respect of your people and your society. Please never forget our precious university anthem, TLBU Alma mater:  We are instruments of peace and we should sow love and hope where there is hatred and despair. Remember that you should console your people rather than to be consoled, and you should give happiness to your people, rather and receive from them.  I advise you with my heart to continue your GCE program for life time.

My dear children,

TLBU Mission is to care your parents and your people in your society. If you really love your parents and your people, you should provide a meaningful and valuable life to your parents and your society. For this purpose, firstly you should be successful in your career.  TLBU Global System in Washington, New York, Paris, Seoul and Beijing and other area, will strongly support your projects and success. Through your individual success and strong cooperation with TLBU Global System, you can make your society as prosperous, peaceful, and valuable society. And your people will never forget you, and you will live in the heart of your people forever.   

Since I have devoted my whole life to prepare the basic infrastructure of TLBU Mission, now it is your turn to implement TLBU Mission in your society. Since I strongly believe that you can achieve successfully TLBU Mission, you are truly my future, and my new life. 

My dear children,

Now you are returning to your home society to implement TLBU Mission. But wherever you may go, TLBU Community is always your home under the protection of our Patron Founder, Infant Jesus King. Wherever you are, you are always my precious children in my heart. Through TLBU Mission, we love each other and one another, very much, forever and forever. God bless you.
