On September 24th, 2011, TLBU Graduate School of Law in Seoul held the Welcoming Ceremony for its new students of 2011 Class. TLBU President, Dr. LYOU Byung-Hwa, TLBU professors, doctoral students and all graduate students attended the solemn ceremony. Besides there were also several distinguished guests presented at today¡¯s ceremony, they are: Korean Ambassador Lee Kyung woo, Counselor of Chinese Embassy An Yu Xiang, First secretary of Chinese Embassy Mr. Liu Bo, Counselor of Vietnamese Embassy Mr. Nguyen Thi Thai Thong and Counselor of Laotian Embassy Mr. Bounthong Chanthapaseuth. TLBU Washington and New York communities also joined the ceremony via video conference.
At the beginning, the student representatives from each nationality came to the stage and pledged in front of TLBU Flag to observe the rules of TLBU and to work diligently for the goal of achieving TLBU mission. After that, TLBU President, Dr. LYOU Byung-Hwa delivered an encouraging and inspiring speech to all the audiences, particularly, he mentions the significant role of the new generation in future development of TLBU community.
