Special Lecture by Mr. Guy J. Guzzonne, Delegate of Maryland State House, United States of America.

On June 11th, 2011, TLBU Graduate School of Law in Seoul warmly welcomed a distinguished guest, Mr. Guy Guzzonne, Delegate of Maryland State House, United States of America.

Mr. Guzzonne visited the TLBU campus and delivered a special lecture for all TLBU graduate students. Mr. Guzzonne started the lecture by introducing his experience in non-governmental organizations and his service in government and Maryland State House. The lecture centered on contributing to home society. In particular Mr. Guzzonne shared information with TLBU students on Howard County where there’s many minority group live in harmony together and the prosperity development of public education. Mr. Guzzonne specifically explained the election system of United Sates and his participation in the Electoral College. Mr. Guzzonne likes TLBU Seoul campus very much and he’s really found of the TLBU mission. He encourages TLBU students to work hard for this mission and for the welfare of people.

During the lecture, TLBU students were impressed by the abundant knowledge and poise public speech of Mr. Guzzonne. As graduate students major in international law, TLBU students show keen interests in his lecture and raised several questions on environmental organizations and its influence in legislation process.

TLBU community deeply appreciated Mr. Guzzonne’s visit and lecture. TLBU members are looking forward to strengthen cooperation with State of Maryland.
